My studio has a selection of fine artwork presenting Botanical Art in watercolour/pencil and Flemish-style Still Life in oils. Currently I am working on a series of large scale old fashioned roses in watercolour.

After testing my painting style on a wide variety of papers, I have had no alternative but to return to Arches HP as the favourite, all-time best surface for botanical watercolour.

I also paint portraits and street scene vignettes in oil or watercolour but they are not my main interest at present.
